Directions
Best if consumed daily with or just before a meal. As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules per day. Do not take more than 3 capsules per day unless recommended by a doctor. You may take 2 to 3 capsules at once. However, if you have not taken Omega-3 before, it is best to start with one capsule at a time to see how your body reacts.

Is the 30-count the same formula as the 90-count Triple Strength Omega-3?
Yes, every softgel in the 30-count has the identical 900 mg of omega-3 (480 mg EPA, 360 mg DHA), the same plant-derived enteric coating, and the same IFOS 5-star certification as the 90-count product.
The smaller package is ideal for first-time buyers or anyone who'd rather not commit to a 90-count before knowing how a new supplement will sit with them. The quality, sourcing, and testing are all the same.
How is Triple Strength Omega-3 different from a standard 1000 mg fish oil pill?
A standard 1000 mg fish oil capsule typically has around 300 mg of actual omega-3 in it. The rest is filler fat. Our triple strength omega-3 fish oil fits 900 mg of omega-3 into every softgel, which is close to three times the active content.

Why does Triple Strength Omega-3 use enteric coating?
Enteric coating keeps each softgel from dissolving in your stomach. It's a plant-derived layer (alginate and stearic acid) that stays intact through stomach acid and breaks down further along in the digestive tract instead.
That means no fishy burps and no aftertaste, which are the two things that most often make people give up on uncoated fish oil. Our omega-3 capsules also tend to be easier on sensitive stomachs for the same reason.
Nothing artificial goes into the coating, just plant-derived ingredients that help prevent the bad aftertaste you might have experienced with a previous omega-3 fish oil supplement.
How much omega-3 should I take per day?
The label says one to two omega 3 capsules daily with a meal, and three is the ceiling. Each capsule has 900 mg of omega-3, so you’re already getting a more concentrated dose than most standard pills, even at one per day. If you’re new to omega-3 supplements, start with one for a few days before deciding whether to go increase.
And if you take blood thinners, discuss the supplement with your doctor; omega-3s can interact with clotting, so your primary care provider may have recommendations for a safe dose.
