We will cheerfully refund your full purchase price for one (1) opened bottle and all unopened bottles (U.S. only*). If you try a product and don’t like it, we will refund the cost of the first opened bottle. No questions asked.
Refund request and returns must be made within 90 days of purchase.
* Overseas (outside US) are non-refundable.
Subscription (Recurring Automatic Shipments) - Frequently Asked Questions
When will my supplements be shipped and how will I know?
Your first recurring shipment will be mailed right away. Future recurring shipments will be automatically mailed on your chosen shipping frequency.
Will I be notified before my product is shipped?
Yes. You will receive a reminder email four days before your recurring shipment is mailed. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email with a tracking link.
When will my credit card be charged?
The charge for each shipment will be applied to your credit card on the day it is shipped.
What if I want to cancel?
There are three ways to cancel or modify your subscription:

Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the specific product you wish to discontinue.
For 24-hour self-service, simply
sign in to your account and select Manage Subscriptions. Be sure to use the email and password you used to create your account.
What if I don’t have an account, or lost my password?
No problem. Simply go to the
account login page and click on Forgot Your Password. Then simply follow the prompts to either create a new password or create a new account.
